In case the courier company isn’t able to trace your address, the best course of action would be to contact the courier company, mention your tracking ID and provide them with a suitable landmark. For any other issue, they will attempt delivery once the issue has been sorted out. However, If they’re not being helpful, you can contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier company and ensure you get your new headphones on time.
