Focal has been creating benchmark acoustic equipment since 1979 for various high fidelity markets such as home audio loudspeakers, headphones, car speaker drivers, and monitoring loudspeakers. In the unlikely event that a Focal product develops a fault within the warranty period, please submit the form below. All you gotta do is make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for a warranty claim. 

Please note that Headphone Zone is authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases made only from Headphone Zone's website. 


Focal's Warranty Period is 5 Years on Drivers and 2 years on the rest of the parts from the date of Invoice for all products.


Focal's Warranty Period is 2 Years from the date of the Invoice for Focal - Elegia.

How to claim a warranty?

The Process

Step One: Please fill out the Warranty Claim Request Form provided below, including all necessary details such as the defect, invoice, and model name. Once we receive your form, we will respond within a day. We may get back to you with a few questions to understand the issue better. 

Step Two: We will write to the brand for your warranty claim and ask them for the best way to resolve the issue. The brand might request additional details or propose some preliminary solutions/troubleshoots to attempt to resolve the problem at customer’s end. Throughout this process,we will keep you updated and maintain communication with both you and the brand.

Step Three: If the brand's suggested solutions do not resolve the issue, your warranty claim will be approved and a unique Warranty Case ID (WCID) number will be issued. 

Step Four: Identifying the spare part - If the issue is not straight-forward, we may need to get and inspect your unit at our end to identify the spare part that will be needed to fix the unit. 

Step Five: Arranging spare parts. Obtaining spare parts from the brand can vary significantly in time, ranging from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the specifics of the case and on the basis of our next order’s schedule. We will provide you with a clear timeline once we have more information and will keep you updated at every step.

Step Six: Upon receiving the necessary spare part, you will need to courier your defective unit to us if the unit is not already with us. We will carry out the repairs following the brand’s guidelines at our warehouse in Chennai. Once repaired, the unit will be sent to our Mumbai office for a final quality check before being dispatched back to you.


Keep In Mind:

Refunds and Store credits are strictly not allowed under warranty claims. 

Under warranty claim for this brand in India, we are able to offer repair services provided we have the spares available to do so. In most cases, the spares are needed to be procured by the brand.

Every case will be handled as directed by the brand. Instant replacements will not be possible in case if the product can be repaired. 

Timelines vary from case to case basis. We request you to be patient with us as this is a lengthy process.  Once the case has been approved and we have coordinated with the brand, we will be in the position to you a rough timeline.
