All iFi products boast Class A analogue circuitry with no DSP and the signal stays ‘Bit Perfect’ throughout. If the product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please submit the form below. All you gotta do is make sure that the issue with your product is eligible for warranty claim. 

Please note that Headphone Zone is not authorized to handle the warranty claims for the purchases that are made outside India

How to claim warranty?

The Process

Step One: Please fill out the Warranty Claim Request Form provided below, including all necessary details such as the defect, invoice, and model name. Once we receive your form, we will respond within a day. We may get back to you with a few questions to understand the issue better. 

Step Two: We will write to the brand for your warranty claim and ask them for the best way to resolve the issue. The brand might request additional details or propose some preliminary solutions/troubleshoots to attempt to resolve the problem at customer’s end. Throughout this process, we will keep you updated and maintain communication with both you and the brand.

Step Three: If the brand's suggested solutions do not resolve the issue, your warranty claim will be approved and a unique Warranty Case ID (WCID) number will be issued. You will then need to send the defective unit to us 

Step Four : Based on our inspection we will either arrange the spare parts from the brand and repair your unit at our warehouse in Chennai or send your unit to the brand internationally for repair. 

Here is a brief overview of the processes depending on whether we will be repairing the unit in-house or sending it to the brand for further repair.

If repaired in-house: We will obtain the necessary spare parts from the brand, which can take a few weeks to a couple of months depending on the specifics of the case and on the basis of our next order’s schedule. If we are unable to arrange the spare parts or repair the unit at our end we will need to send your unit to the brand for further repair. 

If sending to the brand: We will prepare and courier the unit to the brand internationally for further repair. We will take a few days to prepare the necessary documentation to ship the product back to the brand for repair. The shipping process may take an additional two to three weeks.  Upon receipt of the defective unit, the brand will inspect and repair the unit, which could take several weeks. The repaired unit will then be shipped back to us with our next order’s dispatch. 

We will keep you informed of the progress and expected timelines whether the unit is with the brand or being repaired in-house.

Step Five : Once repaired, the unit will be sent to our Mumbai office for a final quality check before being dispatched back to you.


Keep In Mind:

Refunds and Store credits are strictly not allowed under warranty claims. 

Under warranty claim for this brand in India, we are able to offer some repair services provided we have the spares available to do so. In some situations, the spares are needed to be procured by the brand. 

Every case will be handled as directed by the brand. Instant replacements will not be possible in case if the product can be repaired. 

Timelines vary from case to case basis. We request you to be patient with us as this is a lengthy process.  Once the case has been approved and we have coordinated with the brand, we will be in the position to you a rough timeline.
